Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes with all included hardware and manuals to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
